"This is a really nice and clean hotel. Our initial room smelled like cigarettes and the staff checked it out. They then upgraded us to another room with ocean view as an apology. Very kind staff. They do speak English. The bathhouse (onsen) is great. Many options and clean. It is right next to the ocean too! "

For one night, I didn't mind. However, the staff were organised and welcoming. Unlike similar hotel chains, they had four lifts to take guests up and down. Everywhere was super clean.
