"We had most wonderful time there. It’s different one of the most special experiences we had. We had panoramic views of the bay from our room and amazing omakase dinner with unlimited alcohol included. We also loved the beautiful minimal design and amazing hospitality from the stuff. Lastly, don’t miss the dolphin cruise! We had the most closeup encounters with wild dolphins. It was definitely a cherry-on-top experience for the whole trip. "

"What an unexpectedly seamless stay! There was a shuttle bus that met us at the Shinkansen station that took us to the Onsen. When we arrived, we were ushered to a comfortable lobby for check-in. The bellman showed us the entire hotel and onsen, and walked us through our kimonos and slippers. Lovely breakfast, lovely rooms, lovely Onsen... and another free shuttle back to the Shinkansen station. We will definitely return! "

"Enjoyed our stay here as it is right across the street from Toyama Station and many options for restaurants and shopping. The front desk workers all speak excellent English, which was comforting after a long day of travel (and fumbling through my very basic Nihongo ability). Highly recommended!"
