Well equipped, great location

Loved this apartment! It's really well-equipped with a huge water heater, a clothes washer that also has drying settings (!!), and a dishwasher (I didn't use the dishwasher though). I enjoyed being able to watch french tv channels without having to log in to anything. The backyard was nice too! And really well-located. Only note is ventilation in the bathroom, but I think that's easily fixed.

Emplacement idéal entre cathedrale et place stanislas, cocon parfait pour profiter de nancy, je vous recommande l'appartement et l'hôte.Appartement calme, très bien équipé et très propre, super terrasse pour les beaux jours.

Als we nog eens naar Nancy gaan keren we daar zeker terug. 🙁 Het enige wat ik zou kunnen zeggen is misschien een beetje meer glazen . Maar anders is er niks die ons tegenviel"

Le Bailly "🙂 Sehr saubere und gemütliche Wohnung, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle/Backofen, Waschmaschine... alles vorhanden. Außerdem eine grandiose Dusche! Bis zur Place Stanislas sind es 5 Minuten, man kann also einfach und schnell (und das auch jeden Abend) zur Lichtshow gehen, die einfach IMMER super ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker sind nicht weit. In der schönen Innenstadt kann man super bummeln. Die Stadtspaziergänge sind SEHR zu empfehlen (kostenlose Karte bei der Touristeninfo). Erhalt & Abgabe der Schlüssel absolut problemlos (Schlüsselbox). Bei Fragen waren die Vermieter schnell und problemlos erreichbar, vielen Dank! Ein Urlaub in Nancy ist absolut lohnenswert. Ein Tagesausflug nach Metz mit der Bahn ist problemlos (40 - 50 Minuten) und SEHR zu empfehlen (zum Bahnhof läuft man max. 30 Minuten). Wir kommen SEHR gern wieder in die Stadt des Jugendstils! 🙁 Tja, da gibt es nix anzumerken!"

Son emplacement très proche de la place Stan pourrait faire penser qu’il y a beaucoup de nuisances sonores mais à l’inverse le RBNB est très calme. De plus, l’hôte est réactif et arrangeant notamment sur l’heure de départ. Seul bémol est dû à son emplacement très côtoyé, trouver une place de parking peut s’avérer compliqué. Nous recommandons fortement et n’hésiterons pas à le reprendre si l’occasion réapparaît."

Das Wohn-Schlafzimmer ist dunkler und kleiner, als es auf den Fotos den Anschein hat, aber der vorhandene Platz ist gut genutzt. Ein gut aufgeteilter Kleiderschrank bietet genug Stauraum für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt. In der Küche sind u.a. Wasserkocher, Filterkaffee-Maschine, Tassimo-Automat, Microwelle und ein Toaster vorhanden. Die Ausstattung mit Pfannen, Töpfen und ähnl. ist gut. Es gab einen freundlichen und zuverlässigen Mailkontakt mit der zuständigen Kontaktperson; alles hat gut geklappt."
