However the desk clerk informed us that there would be a $50 early check-in fee. My wife and I have done a significant amount of travel and never once were asked to pay for early check-in. "I’ve been to this property before and it was nice. But that was when the prices were reasonable. Now with over 1k per night I would expect a better service and better food. Upon arrival they couldn’t find my reservation and because it was under my maiden name and I didn’t have id on my maiden name the reception manager didn’t want to let me in.
