"Perfect location, walking distance to just about everything. Loved the Art deco style decor and furnishings. Common Balcony facing Marine Pde fabulous. Rooms clean and bed comfortable. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful especially Saachi. Whilst no onsite parking, arrangements made to park within a 3 minute walk. We’ll be back next time in Napier"

"Large clean and tidy room. The really annoying issue was the hot water did not run hot enough to run 2 baths. Great location right on the wharf and one could walk to a great selection of cafes. Bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay again. Sorry to the reception guy for interrupting your game."
