"Large lovely house set in beautiful vineyard. Looks just like the pictures as advertised. Great air conditioning / heating available in all rooms, very comfortable. Also well equipped kitchen, and really convenient with laundry and dryer. Just some minor maintenance touchups needed (e.g. lightbulb in living room needs to be fixed) and needs a new kettle. More counter space in bathroom would be nice. "

"Our stay at this hotel was exceptional. We had a high floor ocean view room which was very nice. The room was quiet and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. "Short 1night stay for early morning flight to Auckland. So my comments can only be brief. All in all pleasant stay and excellent customer service from the Reception - young lady very helpful with my requests. Will surely stay again when I return to Napier for a visit."
