Needed a pair of scissors & voila, there was a pair in a drawer = excellent. we'd arrived an hour early as previously arranged, no staff onsite; phoned the manager & he returned, from the gym, in 5 minutes - we really appreciated that. always wanted to stay at this motel as it looks great from the road, glad we did!”
