Nice home in a quiet neighborhood.
We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and the location was very close to the places we wanted to visit. It was not an issue for us but the home's layout could be challenging, depending on the dynamics of the group. Access to the pool requires passing through either one of the bedrooms in the house.

Beautiful clean beach vibes bungalow
We had an excellent stay. Perfect house for 2 or even 3 families staying together to have your own sleeping privacy. Patrick was wonder and communicated with us and checked up via the app to see if we needed anything. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Naples!

Perfect Stay

Location of property is approximately 1 mile from Vanderbilt Beach. Easy to walk or drive to. Owner Patrick was awesome to work with. Very responsive to all questions or needs. The backyard pool paid for itself with my grandchildren. Wonderful stay.

Fantastic
Just completed our stay in this fantastic house. Everything about this house and the area made for a totally enjoyable holiday. The pool and outside area are great. Our host Patrick was contactable at all times and kept in touch. I look forward to returning again in the future.

House review
We stayed here with the family over Xmas. Home was comfortable and a little funky. 2 of the bedrooms are separate from the main home but we made them work without any trouble. Close to beaches but while we were there they were still closed due to Ian. The manager Patrick was very easy to communicate with and eager to help in any way. This is not always the case with owners or property managers. Also very open to suggestions for improvements

The home is clean, tight, and in shipshape. To access the main house from the 'in-law' suite (3rd bedroom), you have to go outside and through either the front or the porch door. Utilities new; driveway spacious; beds comfortable; pool, BBQ, Cabana all delightful.

Located in Naples park and less than a mile to the beach. The rooms were beyond comfortable.
I hated to leave this wonderful property. It honestly became my home. The house included everything you would need to cook, clean. Enjoy the area and the pool. Loved getting into the heated pool during the day and night. The pool house was a great addition. I also didn't find the inlaw suite, lol. Patrick has been a wonderful host as well. If we needed ANYTHING then he was there. We were here during hurricane ian and the house held us wonderfully. I can't recommend this house enough!!!

Pretty face but?
The kitchen needs a face lift. The dishes need replacing. The cooking pots and pans are in need of additional pots. The kitchen sink should be replaced The gas grill is rusted out. The yard is all mulch and cigarette butts. The bike chains are rusted. The kitchen floor had food on it when we arrived. We went to thrift store and spent over $100 on essentials like serving bowls ,large pots,cookie sheet, cake pan ,wine glasses and water glasses The back area left a lot to be desired no grass, rusted table and chairs ,dirty rusted out gas. grill. There was an exterior bedroom that had a bad odor. We did not use. There was no hand rail to enter the pool. The last mess was the in law apartment. It was a disgrace. Bed difficult to get in due to narrow space. Empty cabinets. The bathroom is best described as a bad days work from a terrible not so handy of a make believe worker. Master bedroom bath was very small very small I repeat. There was no dresser so clothes had to stay in suitcases.

Great property, lots of sleeping options and amazing amenities!
I can’t say enough about this place. Two separate sleeping areas in addition to the main house. The owner is amazing, always on top of communication and has more amenities and helpful items from toiletries to laundry to kitchen supplies than I have ever seen in a VRBO property. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and only wish the property had been available longer. My kids entertained themselves for hours between the lanai area (with a tiki bar and relaxing swing) and the pool. The place is close to nice beaches (especially the state park) and we enjoyed riding the bikes around the cute beach town vibe neighborhood. It is also close to the a great dive bar (if you’re into that sort of thing) the North Naples Country Club where the food, drinks and people were pretty darn good and fun. And for some quick Mexican food in a pinch, Maria’s Taco’s y Mas was great! Above all, Patrick does a great job with this property and is there to make sure your stay is great!!

Amazing property, everything you need!
We absolutely loved this property and our host Patrick was amazing! My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and Patrick had wine, chocolate and a balloon waiting for us upon our arrival, so very thoughtful! We loved having our own pool and the location is near many of our favorite restaurants. House is clean with comfortable beds and everything you need to enjoy your stay. We will definitely be back! We had a great stay!!!
The house was clean with plenty of room. Loved that we all had our own space with the extra suite off the house. The pool was a little warm for us, but it was plenty hot outside to be refreshing. TV and wifi was not working, but the owner was very quick to respond to getting it fixed. We did some excursions, but by far the Eco Excursions was by far our favorite on Marco Island. Plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and the beach were all within close distance which made our trip very enjoyable. We would stay here again.

Our group consisted of myself, my husband, 2 teenage kids, and my parents. We loved the house! Our 19 year old son stayed in the Cabana house, he loved the privacy! We had fun looking for the 4 bedroom but my daughter (16) and husband found it when the rest of us had given up. :) We loved the pool and the bikes. The kids rode the beach and up and down the streets. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back someday!

After 34 years of Naples vacations, just had the best ever!
Awesome property! Lots of extras (bikes, toys, grill, spices, towels, coolers, etc.). We had all adults, so this was the perfect property! Pool is close to the house and 4th bedroom is only accessible from outside, so I would not feel comfortable if I had young, mobile children. This property is super clean and has a great location. The layout isn’t the best for families with young children but it’s excellent for families with teens Or other adults who like separate areas for privacy. We had an issue with the pool but the property owner is so helpful and quick to respond, any problems are solved as quickly as possible. They provide bikes, beach chairs, and beach toys. You really have all you need but groceries. It’s close to Delnor Wiggins Beach. It’s very reasonable for the day, not crowded, and you can even find shade in the morning. We would definitely vacation in this area again.

Family Vacation 2019
My family was more than pleased. The house was perfect as my son, his fiancé and their 15 month old daughter had their own private apartment. My daughter and her three children shared the two bedrooms inside the main house while I enjoyed the peace and quiet inside the cabana. The pool area was perfect, the furnishings and landscape was more than we ever imagined. The boys loved riding the bicycles and I loved swinging the baby in the sunroom. If visiting Naples, I definitely recommend this home.

Everything we expected and more
There are so many great things to share about our stay at the Vanderbilt Beach Cottage. The accommodations that are described in the listing helped tremendously throughout our stay and we took advantage of almost all of them. The kitchen had all that you'd need, we borrowed the bikes for a 10-minute ride to the convenient store, the cooler was useful for the beach, lots of beach chairs, noodles for the pool, plenty of seating inside and outside, heated pool, and more. Paul was fantastic and very responsive when we had a small issue trying to get the pool heated. The timer was a bit quirky but he helped us figure it out and the kids were able to enjoy a comfortable swim for a while in the morning while it was still a bit breezy. The beach is very easy to get to and the parking garage made transporting convenient. The beach was extremely crowded but still a beautiful setup. There were really only two minor downsides to the house. 1. In order to get to the patio and pool area, you have to walk through one of the two bedrooms in the main house. 2. Two of the bedrooms require you to walk outside to get to them. With young kids, it made it a little more complex but a minor complaint in an overall fantastic experience. Paul was one of the best renters we've ever had. Thanks for a great experience!

House was set up very nice. Everything you would need to stay for a week or more. Beds were very comfy. The one thing I did not like was that bedroom #3 was separate from the main house. So you only have 2 bedrooms inside the main house, if I would have known bedroom #3 did not have inside access to main house I don't think we would have rented. But it would be great if you are traveling with a group that likes their own space.
