Room was very nice asked for more towels at the front desk the only had one big towel ask for extra toilet paper everything came very quickly to the room. Giovanni and staff were very helpful and very knowledgeable. Great location from ports and train station.

Summary: - 24 hr check in with friendly staff and responded to questions through Expedia quickly - Included rooftop break fast was nice - property is clean, modern, spacious room with functional AC - very walkable area to museum, Spanish quarter and public transit - lots of dining options nearby

Good location in old town. Not a luxary hotel, but good value for the money. Clean and ok breakfast served on rooftop. 10 minutes walk from ferry

Arriving late at night we were greeted warmly by the hotel staff. The room was larger than the pictures show, and there were many amenities included which was a lovely surprise when other hotels are cutting back. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and set us up for our next travel day. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Location

a fantastic hotel in the best location heart of Naples. 10 mins walk to the Spanish Quarter. Fabulous breakfast, plenty too suit everyone. We caught the Alba bus from airport 5 euros per person get off at the last Port stop and its a fairly straight walk from there, walk to Hotel around 15 mins\. on our return to airport (Naples) Hotel called us a Taxi 22.50 if booked with Hotel .All in all great 5 days in Naples .

The staff was very helpful; however, the property and the upkeep needs a lot of improvement. In the room the floors were dirty, there were little black bugs in the bathroom, and the padded walls were stained (Lord knows what's living under there). I had the breakfast included: the scrambled eggs were cold, as if they just came out of the refrigerator, the bacon and sausages were not even cooked, and the coffee wasn't good at all. This is far from being a 4 star hotel.

We stopped in Naples overnight and stayed here with a taxi strike looming the next morning. The staff was wonderful, made arrangements for us to get a taxi before the strike starting in the a.m. and gave us a large breakfast bag to go at 5:30 a.m. Also a good location for us to get to see a small but great shopping section of Naples and the streets.

The reason I give 4 stars is because the hotel is not quite situated in the historical area, as presented, but a bit off. The walk to historical centre is not very pleasant, but at least is close by. The breakfast was good, but with limited selection.
