Vanderbilt Beach

Great location. we really enjoyed our stay. Close to the beach and easy access to restaurants and shopping. Hopeful that the two construction sites (one on each side of the building )won't damage the views and access but this is a great spot and the owner/manager was easy to reach when we had a small issue in the bath.

Great spot for beach goers

Perfect relaxing weekend on the beach/pool. Enjoyed coffee and drinks on the balcony overlooking the bay. Short walk to the beach. Condo was clean and updated.

Awesome place

This place was perfect for our get away. It was clean and had everything we need. Close walk to an amazing beach. We also really enjoyed the heated roof pool! To top it off you can see the canal from the porch so watching dolphins was a big plus! The beds were super comfy as well. We never sleep in but found ourselves waking up later everyday.

The property description is exactly what I expected. Location is very important to me. I enjoyed my short stay and would consider renting another time. Tucker was an excellent manager.

This condo’s value is way higher than what we paid. It had everything. Comfort plus and water views within a very short walk from the beach. Couldn’t find a hotel offer wrong a quarter any cheaper. Very quiet and private. Easy check in and too much offered to list. A plus furnishings and accommodations. Very accessible for everyone. Rooftop pool was amazing as well.

Nice condo.

Unfortunately there was construction going on all around the condo during our stay. (March 2023) The walk to the beach was not 4 mins for us, more like 6-8 mins. The condo was very comfortable. Kitchen was well equiped and living space was comfortable. The bed was comfortable. No drawers to put your clothes, had to keep the clothes in your suitcase.

Some very shabby touches!

The mattress, 18” deep and comfy. The sheets are 8” deep and off by morning. The floor to ceiling blinds , literally 1/2 missing, no privacy in living room. 7 pillows, only two pillow cases. Rug seemed dirty, minimal dishes. Whole apartment really needs painting. Elevator broken two of our three days. This is a motel vibe, not a condo.

Unmmmm…

Ok. First of all, no k-cup coffee pods available. K- cup machine worked. Owner tells me that salt and pepper are non perishables. Dryer broke day 3. The soap dispenser is so watered down it was not even funny. The patio was furnished with the lowest quality furniture. Basically, this place was a dump. You will have to drive everywhere.

Great Location!

Nice place just lacking some items. There was no hair dryer. The hand soap in the bathroom was very low and I ran out in a day. I had 1 hand towel for 5 days and 3 bath towels. There was no laundry detergent if they expected me to wash them. I would have appreciated more linens. There was no dish cloth either. The parking pass was not left for me and the communication was poor with the management. The bedroom is dark! There were two lamps but didn’t give off much light.

Perfect adult getaway

We really enjoyed our stay in Vanderbilt Beach/Naples. The condo was in a perfect location. This property was clean and well maintained. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Minimal noise from nearby construction. We would definitely stay again!
