Naples’ Hidden Gem: Park Shore Resort – Just a mile from the Gulf’s sandy shores, this apartment is your serene escape in the heart of Naples. Experience the vibrant local life, just steps from top dining and shopping. Indulge in the contemporary living spaces, complete with expansive windows offering panoramic views of the picturesque grounds. Your dream vacation with all-inclusive amenities and easy beach access is waiting for you.

The apartment has incredible views from wall to wall, floor to ceiling windows; It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, Living room and spacious lanai. The apartment is furnished with lively contemporary furniture. It has two large Flat panel TV’s; A 55" TV in the master bedroom and a 65" TV in the living room. We have a telephone, Wi-Fi, complete kitchen with utensils. There is also a washer/dryer in the apartment. This unit is one flight up. (and there is an elevator)

Dine in delight at our on-site restaurant; Hogfish Harry’s with its savory menu or opt for alfresco dining with our BBQ area. The resort’s picnic spots, and sundeck offer the perfect backdrop for Florida’s sunny charm.”

ONE MILE FROM THE BEACH. This unit is in the beautiful and famed Park Shore Resort in Naples.
The location could not be any better or more convenient. We are two blocks from Restaurants, grocery stores pharmacy, and almost anything else you may wish. We are one mile from the famed Gulf beaches, Venetian Village, Pelican Bay area. A short drive to Tin City, the famed 5th Ave South, and the most cherished 3rd Street South.

Fantastic resort

This place worked great for my family. The resort was fantastic for the kids- and the location was perfect to get to a lot of different things in a short amount of time! We love the Naples area!

Love this little piece of Heaven

This is a perfect property for being close to many things we like to do like the zoo and boat rides and the beach. I love the private pool on this property and it’s always clean. The restaurant on property is also nice and good food. We like to take food to the pool. I love sitting on the balcony early morning with coffee and enjoying the view of the bridge and water and turtles. A must stay. We stay here every year. And we love the owner, Elliot. Such a nice man and always always calls us to see that all is ok.

A great place to stay in Naples

Super nice place! Clean and close to a lot of areas for shopping and the beach. Pool and surrounding areas are stunning. I would recommend this property without reservation.

Awesome Rental

Exactly as expected with a warm pool

The photos were accurate and the location couldn't be better. All the staff were very friendly. The pool was kept around 90 degrees which was perfect for us and made it easy to get in with the kids on the cooler days!

Relaxing getaway

What a wonderful property, close to everything!!! While the decor was admittedly dated, the apartment & amenities were just what we needed!!! A delicious restaurant on property & beaches just minutes away...what a REASONABLE price!!! Stay here if you get a chance!!! :))))))))

Cute Place

We loved the condo at Park Shore Resort. The grounds were beautifully manicured and the pool was luscious. Oou VRBO was cute, well decorated and just as it was advertised. This is my fifth VRBO stay and the was the first time we received a welcome basket with the necesiries... so nice!

Had a nice stay with minor changes.

All We Needed

Absolutely beautiful property. Very relaxing and comfortable to come back to after a day out. We will definitely be staying here when we're back in Naples. Elliot was a delight and there were no issues at all with anything. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great Naples Family Getaway

This was a clean 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit GREAT for a family of 4. The unit was stocked with some extras also including a beach chair, umbrella, sand toys and more. The resort itself was great also with a heated pool and nature seen with waterfall. ALSO GREAT restaurant on premises. All in all, it was a successful trip.

Glorious week in Naples!

We came to Naples to visit our son who moved down from Maryland a few months prior. Our 1st time in Naples and we fell in love!! This property is perfect! Very comfortable, the kitchen is stocked well, the TV's are GREAT!! The balcony/lanai is perfect for having your morning coffee and watching the ducks and birds. So peaceful and quiet. The location is great. A grocery store is right around the corner. There are several restaurants close by, and the beaches are close. Hogfish Harrys, right on the property, is fantastic! Elliot is a great host! We loved our stay so much we extended it a few days! You won't go wrong if you decide to rent this property.

Would definitely go back

We enjoyed staying at this condo in the Park Shore Resort. It is in a great location, has a nice view, is close to the pool and also the front of the complex making it easy to go out. It is an end unit on the second floor and was easy to access the parking lot. It had everything we needed and Elliot was a WONDERFUL host. We arrived early and he was gracious enough to let us check in. He then called to make sure everything was good. He was very responsive to any questions or requests we had. When I let him know that the toaster was not working he asked if we would pick up another one. When we did he not only reimbursed us for the toaster but added an additional amount for us to treat ourselves with. We would not hesitate to rent this condo again.

Construction Nightmare

When we booked, the mention of inability to use patio due to possible construction was present with an offer for $150 back to accommodate inconveniences. Well when we arrived the entire front of the building was covered in white, so nothing could be seen, no sunlight. Then the drilling of concrete patio started every day as early as 7:49-8 am everyday. We had to leave the rental everyday at 8am and not return until after 4 since the noise was unbearable and the vibration was unbearable. This rental and rentals in this entire unit should not have been permitted. No one rents a place they have to leave everyday. To give Elliot some credit he did give us a $100 a day back , but we paid a rental we could only sleep in, not enjoy at all. The location is great, the pool is great, but our whole vacation was severely impacted in a negative way.
