This place was perfect! Well equipped, super clean. Wonderful--private pool and backyard. What a lovely screened in area to enjoy a nap or have dinner, space enough for a large group or just perfect for the two of us.... super convenient to everything. The property and location were really great! In hindsight, I would have planned for us to stay at Jimmy and Kimmy's lovely home a bit longer! It was very comfortable for our family with fantastic amenities. The pool was perfect for our kiddos to play in non-stop, as well as the outdoor lanai space for lounging and eating meals in a lovely shaded area. Jimmy and Kimmy also provided a lot of very useful information to guide us around the Naples area! Vanderbilt Beach, a short drive from the house, was stunning and a fantastic beach for our little ones to play at!

We have stayed at Jimmy and Kimmy's rentals for 4 out of the past 7 years we have been coming to Naples. The only reason we didn't stay all 7 was because they book up quickly!! The house is perfectly appointed with cozy furnishings and everything you need in the kitchen. What really makes this house is the screened lanai and pool deck. You truly have your own private resort. This year the weather was awesome, last year is was a little cool... but due to the secluded back yard, you could still sit out and soak up the warmth of the sun! The pool is not a lap pool but great for cooling off and sitting/floating to enjoy the sun. Location is close to Vanderbilt Beach and Wiggins Pass State Park... you also get park pass to park at Wiggins. Great food and shopping close by.... And most of all, Jimmy and Kimmy are great hosts and all around good people!! We are booked for next year!!

We had a wonderful two-week stay in Naples Park. Jimmy, the owner, was great and around if we needed anything. The house and pool area were also wonderful: clean; plenty of seating; plenty of nice beach towels and chairs. Close to beach; rode our bikes there without any trouble. Close to shops, Whole Foods, and a great yoga studio at the Mercato. Quiet neighborhood. Also: must go to USS Nemo restaurant for Miso Sea Bass.

My family of 5 stayed for a week at this home and we loved it! Very clean, impeccably decorated and close to a few gorgeous beaches. The backyard pool is wonderful and the landscape is beautiful. This house had everything we needed to make our summer vacation wonderful!

We rented this home for a weekend. We regret not renting it longer. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!! Very aquiped with everything we needed and felt like if we were at our own home! We highly recommends his rental home. The owners are very pleasant. Agin highly recommend. Poor was amazing!! Perfect size. My next vacation in Naples I’m defenitly will book this home again.

We spent four days in this beautiful and immaculately maintained home and felt so comfortable and at home. This home is so close the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. The pool is amazing and was great to have as well! The homeowners could not have been more gracious and helpful! Every restaurant and beach that was recommended in the helpful binder was spot on. We were never disappointed! We hope to return in the future and would highly recommend this rental property!

This property is amazing so we’ll kept and feels like home. The backyard is made for a relaxing time with Family and friends . The pool is perfect with all of the necessary toys all provided for you. Everything you could need and want is within a 5 minute drive ( Grocery stores, awesome restaurants etc). The Owner Jimmy is a true Gentleman and just a call away. We will be returning soon and would HiGHLY Recommend this property to everyone.

This is a beautiful home in Naples. Furnishing are lovely, pool and back yard area amazing. Equipped with all you need to enjoy your vacation. Walk or short drive to beaches. Great neighborhood. Loved sitting on the lanai having meals. Very peaceful and tropical. Would rent this home again and again. Owners are nearby and extremely helpful. I would recommend this home to all and know that you would have a wonderful experience as we did. I cannot thing of 1 negative.

We spent a week at this home. The house is very comfortable. Very lovely. The owners were available for questions and recommendations. Easy drive to beach. Conveniently located near many shopping destinations. You could easily spend the day in the very lovely backyard / pool. Would highly recommend for family or girls getaway!

There is nothing bad to say about this lovely house, we have recently returned after a months stay, we were more than comfortable, kitchen more than adequate and a very comfy lounge area, it is excellently fitted out, beds very comfortable, bathrooms well equipped, lanai and pool area very nicely landscaped. We would most certainly rent this property again when we return to Naples another plus is its location.
