Located in sought after Building 1!!! Spectacular views of the gulf and sunsets. The beach is steps away. Just across the street. Heated pools are open. My unit is renovated and upgraded. New photos! Luxurious!! Free wireless internet. King bed, sleeper sofa, 4 appliances, 42 inch flat screen TV, porcelain tile throughout, marble and granite coutertops, walkin shower with multi heads, 2 lanai loungers, beach equipment. The large amount of 5 star reviews confirms my guest’s total satisfaction. PLEASE NOTE, that due to hurricane Ian our tennis courts are currently inoperative. The pools are repaired and open for your enjoyment. The tennis court rebuild will take a while. Probably some time in 2026. Please expect workers onsite at ground level attending to landscaping repairs. Three hurricanes caused extensive ground level damage, but we are making good repair progress. Fantastic location with beautiful views.

The property was a bit dated but very clean and well stocked. The balcony is amazing and the beach is right across the street. Doc’s and coconut jacks are steps away for a great dinner. Would stay again.

Very Clean and Nice Place

Very Nice and clean condo. Location is wonderful and just a short walk to the beach. Laini is positioned perfectly out of the sun but you still get the breeze and wonderful view. Highly recommend.

Perfect Getaway!

Our trip to Bonita was excellent because we stayed at this property! Andrew was fantastic with his clear and easy directions. The location could not have been nicer! The beach was beautiful and this well stocked condo had everything you could need for a day at the beach! The condo was clean and tastefully updated. We really enjoyed our time here, and are already planning a return trip!

Stunning view

This complex is still in hurricane repair but the unit is in good shape. Vrbo didn't disclose unit number so checkin was difficult, but owner got back to us right away. Location is perfect, easy to go to beach with the supplied beach chairs/umbrella. Bed is comfortable.

Perfect Location

Apartment was in a perfect location with all the amenities needed for a beach vacation. Balcony was perfectly facing west to enjoy the beautiful sunset over the water. Andrew was very responsive to questions. Loved it!!

Great little getaway

We rented the condo for 2 nights during the week. Right across the street from the beach and Doc's beach house. Beautiful lanai on the 9th floor with sunset views--great for reading a book and taking it all in. If you venture to the beach, there is a wagon, beach chairs and an umbrella for you to use. Very clean and modern. It's a studio condo, but there is a partition for in between the bedroom and living room. We will definitely stay here again.

A piece of paradise

Our stay was absolutely amazing! This place is honestly a gem and the host is fantastic. The sunset view from the balcony is breathtaking and the beach is just across the street. The property was equipped with everything you needed and more. It had all the beach essentials, so you don’t have to worry about that. The communication with the host was exceptional. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Andrew for being such a great host!

The buildings are under repair, but the apartment is wonderful, very well equipped, even to beach chairs, umbrella and cart. 9th floor view from balcony optimum for watching the sunset. Andrew is a very attentive host, responding quickly to inquiries. Directly across from the beach and an old time restaurant Doc's Beach House - bring cash, no credit cards accepted. Highly recommended!

Central locations, beachfront oasis

Great location to beach, putt-putt, kayaking rentals at Big Hickory, Naples restaurants, and shopping. One of my favorite areas to spend a vacay or work from home trip, Bonita has it all. Stayed July 2024 and there was construction but this unit and building was not impacted. Quiet! Plus, this unit was beachfront with one of the coziest beds, most beautiful views, and responsive owner. Short walk to beach. Everything was upgraded and well thought out. Great screened in patio. Definitely will be staying here again.

Walk to the beach

This is a great location on Bonita Beach. It was our first time to this part of Florida and we were impressed. The complex is still under construction to repair damage from the hurricane. This did not bother us, but others might want to be aware that there are areas roped off due to construction and that the pool area is not open yet. On weekdays there was construction noise, but I didn't hear much on the weekend. It is a very easy walk across the street to the beach and this was a major plus for us. Also there is beach gear including a wagon and cooler to take with you. Perfect size for two people and loved the view!

Lovely condo BUT....

The condo itself was beautiful and comfortable. Location right lookinf at beach was great. However, because of hurricane damage, the entire complex was a working construction zone. We had to walk through scaffolding in a hard hat area. Walkways outside were unsafe. We were warned about no pool, but not about the workman and construction everywhere. We left a day early. Didnt seem safe once we left the unit. Please warn future guests.

The balcony view was very scenic and overlooked the ocean. The place was sturdy and clean. Everything was organized and made sense. The extras were nice too. Had access to coffee maker, blender, and much more. As well, the host was great to deal with and very helpful.

Fantastic stay at this condo. Room was clean, spacious, and had a well equipped kitchen. View from the 9th floor was outstanding. Being right across from the beach made our stay perfect!
