"The communication with the staff/owner was excellent. We were delayed by a few hours and were welcome and provided excellent service despite being almost midnight. The room was clean, there was an excellent air condition unit, a small mini fridge with cold water. There were also snacks and free coffee and tea at the main lobby for 24hr self service. "Location is so convenient that I stay at this hotel at least one night when visiting Naples. No frills, but right next to the central station, there’s my favorite restaurant “oggi, Ieri, D’omani” across the street. However, AC was not functioning on the second floor on the early hours when I was packing my luggage. The guy at the front desk tried to fix it, but he didn’t succeed, so we were without AC in the hot room for over four hours."

"An old world experience in a modern world hotel! The facilities was beyond excellent and the staff was beyond great. The location was close to everything but still tuck away from the crowds and noise. The restaurant was excellent. The service was catered to the guest, making you fill special and unique. I would be remiss to mention the private elevator to the beach/docks. Beyond special! We would definitely stay here again!"

Breakfast was lovely with ample options.Location is central with the view of the water from the rooftop & walk to the marina where the ferries leave is abt 20 mnts but there is an elevator that can take you down to that marina also if u are not in the mood to walk down.Grand Marina is also abt 15-20 mnts walk, has some nice restaurants. Lots of restaurants & shopping right outside the hotel. The Donna Sofia Restaurant just outside the hotel is a great dining option."
