Amazing Property
I stayed here for 4 nights and had requested a quiet room. Upon check-in, the receptionist let me know that I was going to be more in one of their quietest rooms. I really appreciated that. I enjoyed my stay immensely. Staff is polite and efficient. Everything is spotless in the hotel. The hotel is close to a huge supermarket at the train station where you can stock up on goodies to stow in the refrigerator in the room. There are also microwave ovens for you use in the vending areas. Self-service laundry washing machines are something I didn't need but I might on my next trip. There was just one thing that can be improved. I used the onsen hot spring bath several times. It didn't seem to be as well maintained as others I have been to in Japan, especially on Sunday, January 28, 2024. Somebody's day off? That being said, I enjoyed my stay and hope to come back again next year.

Hotel is a short walk to the train station, very convenient. Staff were efficient, room was clean. There is a public onsen within the hotel. Only downside is the breakfast, just okay.

The location is exellent walking distance to everything. The room was very nice. The front desk was very kind. Ura was kind enough for giving us and upgrade to a larger room. The hotprings wete also great very soothing and relaxing. Morining breakfast was exellent. Will definitely stay there again

It’s a little distance probably 20-30 mins walk to Nara Park but it’s just an east bus ride if you’re not into walking. Hotel is nice and spacious for Japanese standard and parking is right in front of the hotel for free. Will use this hotel again.

Close to the Nara JR Train station and main bus depot, this is a typical Japanese business-style hotel. Very clean, compact rooms, excellent wifi, small refrigerator in the room, and nice Japanese style breakfast. Check-in and check-out use automated self-service machines.

The hotel is in a good location if you’re driving, and not bad if traveling by other means too. Reception desk staff bi-lingual with excellent English skill. Most amenities available in lobby areas vice the room. Coffee, tea, etc., are all available.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. We didn’t really want to travel during a pandemic, but had no choice due to the reasons for travel. They did well with cleanliness and distancing. The staff were friendly and helpful.
