"the included Dinner and breakfast were excellent with so many courses and nicely prepared. Very impressive presentation. The onsen, sauna and cold bath was very relaxing. The tatami room was very spacious. In general, a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. A bit far, so shuttle was necessary for us without a car. Nothing nearby in walking distance. "

"Perfect clean accomodation on the main street of Narai - closer towards the Shizume-jinja shrine. Thoroughly recommend for others to book and stay in. A huge private home that can easily fit two families with three large bedrooms that have multiple beds in each. Modern facilities such as kitchen, laundry, and bathroom. Takashi the owner was very helpful and pre booked dinner for us at one of the local restaurants. As everything closes early eg 4pm, it was comforting to know we had a dinner place to eat at. Thankyou Takashi! There is a new modern cafe right next door that was also open at night when we were there. The local cars that are allowed to drive on the Main Street were surprisingly very loud and noisy at night and early in the morning. With the paper thin windows everything can be heard. But this was ok for our family. The little shops were great to peruse through and visiting all the shrines behind the accomodation was relaxing."

"We had an extraordinary stay at this beautiful inn. The staff was so incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The room was quiet, well appointed, filled with delightful toiletries, and so comfortable. Both dinner and breakfast far exceeded our expectations, with fresh colorful food from the owner's farm and a warm, delightful staff. It is perfectly located at the base of the main street, walkable to everything you would want to see in Narai. My only regret is that we only had one night! I have since recommended La Terra Narai to several friends and can't wait to return. "

"The room size for 2 was adequate, but not much extra space for suitcase storage. The hotel location is close to a main road with lots of dining options, but if you don't have a car to drive, the location is a 15 minute walk to the nearest train station. The buffet breakfast wasn't something I signed up for when making the reservation, but for some reason, for the two nights we stayed there, the buffet was "sold out", so breakfast was unavailable. Otherwise it was a nice stay, and the staff kindly let us check in a little early when we arrived ahead of schedule."
