“Stayed for the night before my flight out of Tokyo and this property worked perfectly for what I needed. Two metro stops nearby (although important to note, no elevator at Samezu if you have luggage). Great department store nearby as well as a 7/11 and McDonalds if needed. Apartment was very clean and spacious and had what I needed for my stay, check in was easy and host was very accommodating and let me know I could check in early at 1pm which I utilized. Would recommend, especially for anyone……

“Very clean and comfy apartment. Two bedrooms in one apartment, third bedroom is in a separate small apartment. Great for small groups or families. 1km from Takanawa Gateway station - can walk it if you do not have too much luggage. The building is on a quiet neighborhood street but close to food options. Highly recommend staying there. Hard to find that much living space in Tokyo.”

“お部屋はとても綺麗で清掃も行き届いており快適に過ごせました。キッチンがあるので鍋やまな板が備え付けであれば良かったなと思いますが、お値段も安く泊まれて良かったです。エレベーターはないので階段です。駅から近く、歩いて2.3分のところにセブンイレブンがあります。”

“Chambre est à moins de 6 minutes de marche de la station de train. Elle est impeccable et le personnel est très courtois et disponibles. Un membre du personnel après la réservation prend la peine de communiquer avec toi pour te donner l'emplacement de la clé et le mot de passe. Je n'hésiterai pas à les référer ou à y séjourner de nouveau. Vraiment merci!”

“1）床墊好大嘎嘎聲不斷 2）電視遙控器後面缺一片護住電池的板 用膠帶黏住，常常感應不良，難開啟關閉 3）Wifi 很👎，出狀況，常常沒有網路連結，有時候會自動跳到失效的網路，有聯絡解決，但出狀況不斷，所以後來放棄，浪費太多時間了 3）面紙缺貨3天，只好自行購買 4）這次住2樓，房內常常聽到吱吱聲，不知道從哪裡來的 5）住了兩個多星期，比以前住在這裡的狀況差很多 一年來在這裡住過幾次，都在高樓層，差不多有二個月，都覺得不錯，只有這次令我們失望，提供經驗，期待改善，下次仍會選擇住宿。 謝謝 ”

“Good location, close to Disney Sea. Home is decorated EVERYWHERE with Disney which we both enjoyed. Very clean. Easy location for Uber and taxi pick up and drop off.”

“My family and I had been staying there through the New Year week and I would say we've had an amazing experience with the hotel. The apartment, as advertised, was spacious, well facilitated, clean and well maintained. It is also just 2min walk to the nearest train station which is very convenient and the street has several groceries stores and market which we were able to purchase some local groceries for home cooking during the New Year's Day in the hotel when most stores were closed.
