This property provides walkability to the Block Island Ferry, quintessential RI restaurants including George’s tiki bar with live music, fresh caught local seafood, fishing boats, marinas, gift shops & homemade ice cream. Roger Wheeler State Beach is also very close by. This bright and airy 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse has a great open floor plan. The main level includes a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining area, living room with a large tv, comfortable pull out queen size sofa bed and a half bath. Off the living room there are sliding glass doors that lead to a deck with a grill and seating area, offering gorgeous ocean views. The second level has a master suite with a queen size bed, tv, full bath and a private balcony showcasing picture perfect water and Block Island views. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, tv and a full bath. There is also a laundry area with a washer and dryer. Hardwood flooring & central air conditioning throughout the unit. This property offers peace and tranquility yet is close enough to all the great attractions that Narragansett has to offer! Professionally laundered bed sheets, bath towels, beach towels, and light comforters will be provided. Loved our beach getaway

This condo was perfect for our six-day stay in the fall. It's well-equipped, comfortable and within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and the ferry. Michelle was quick to respond to questions. We loved having coffee and drinks on the balconies. It's a wonderful spot.

Wonderful beach vacation!

We’ve stayed here a few summers now and it’s always a great time! We love how close we are to the beach and especially love waking up to the sound of seagulls and getting to watch the ferries and boats. Being able to walk over to restaurants and ice cream is a huge plus! The home is very clean and perfectly and thoughtfully decorated with so many “beach” touches. Great beach vacation!

Really enjoyed the spotless condo. Private path to beach and everything is within walking distance. Enjoyed a trip to Block Island (Ferry is a minute walk) Looking forward to staying here again next year for sure!

We absolutely loved our stay in this VRBO. Michelle was very responsive and so nice! The property was stunning, so clean and extremely comfortable! It was also very convenient as we were right next door to the wedding venue making it so easy for us for not only the rehearsal activities but day of wedding. We would most definitely stay here again and will recommend to anyone who goes to the area!

Spent a long weekend with my grown daughter at Michelle's condo. It was exactly as pictured and described, and had everything we needed. Very comfortable and clean, and I have very high standards! Michelle was wonderful to deal with, incredibly responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay at this condo again!

Cute, comfortable & clean condo

Just returned from a week at Michelle’s condo! We had a wonderful week and enjoyed our time in and out and about the area. The condo is adorably decorated, well appointed with everything you may need for a beach week and spotless! Some highlights included several meals at George’s, drinks at the Tiki Bar and ice cream and baked goods at The Sweet Spot! We also were lucky enough to celebrate the 4th with an amazing fireworks display right on the beach!! Beautiful spot!

Beautiful 2 bedroom in great location

We spent a week in September at this location. Home was clean, had water views from the two small decks and was conveniently located near the ferry,George’s, and a nice beach. We really enjoyed the home and would recommend it.

Great Fishing Town

The condo was great as were all the restaurants we tried. Very convenient for block island ferry. The only that would have made it even better would be to be directly on the beach rather than a house back. Beach access was easy.

I was so happy with this home. It was clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was perfect to walk to restaurants and beach. Love that we could hear the ocean waves from the house. Owner was easy to communicate with and everything went smooth with checkin..checkout and in between.

Beautiful spot

We've stayed in this spot before and always love it. Perfect location for us with a couple minute walk to the beach as well as a couple minute walk to restaurants and ice cream and some gift shops. We love to watch the ferry and boats and enjoy not having to find parking at this tiny state beach! The condo is very beach themed and really makes you feel like you are on a beach vacation. We love it here :)

Great location with access to quiet beach!

We really enjoyed our long weekend. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The location is super convenient with great restaurants just steps away. The beach access is for a section of the beach that is not crowded. The tiki bar at George’s and the Salty Brine Beach snack shack are right next door so it’s the best of both worlds. We would definitely stay again!
