"Great location! Restaurants very close by! Beautiful area! Room with very small balcony but a beautiful view of the ocean! The room was clean, no problem with the A/C, front desk gentleman was helpful as we had a minor issue but it was taken care of without too much trouble! Overall it was a good experience!"

"The location of this property is great. We stayed with our two pups and walked everywhere with them. The weather was beautiful, if a bit cool. We loved sitting in the Adirandeck chairs in front of the property and soaking up the sun and sea and watching people walk by. Early fall is a great time to visit Narragansett if you prefer things a little more quiet."

"This is a small second generation family owned motel with owners on site. Newly remodeled bathroom, a very comfortable bed, plenty of water pressure and about 100 yards to the Atlantic Ocean. We found it a nice change of pace from larger units requiring elevators, distant parking, and hassles of chain hotels."
