「What a peaceful place to visit. Wonderful views of the river, which was mere steps from the house. Had everything we needed for a quiet getaway Thanksgiving. My husband, son and dog enjoyed exploring the river and nearby train tracks. An afternoon at VT was a short drive away. Will be back with our kayaks for warm summer fun. Thanks Frank!」

「We enjoyed our stay here. Nice big kitchen area, TVs in every room which the kids enjoyed. Hot tub was in a great spot where you could look out over the lake while we stayed warm in the 40degree weather :) The driveway is quite steep and short so keep that in mind as you approach it for the first time.」

「The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was located right off the interstate which was convenient. I gave the location a 4 out 5 because if you’re looking for a location that has many restaurants/stores you will need to drive about 15-20 minutes. No big deal to do that. We would stay here again.」

「Missing mixing bowl and shampoo and soap for the bathroom would have been nice. Also horrible ant issue, we even brought them home with us but…we loved it.」

「Mr. Hunter's cottage is a lovely cottage from a by-gone era. Located in the mountains of Giles county, VA, this cottage is comfortable with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The cottage is furnished with pieces that could have been there when it was built. The cottage has a beautiful porch, a great place for morning coffee. There is a very nice restaurant just steps from the cottage. I advise having at least one meal there, make sure you have reservations, as it can get quite busy. The restaurant was...
