Excellent Property

Our group had a great time in Nashville and this home was a great spot. Very clean, good location, and very spacious! I would definitely book it again next time I’m in town!

Nice House

Soon as we walked in, everyone was stunned with how spacious the house was. We had a small group but you can easily fit 10+ people. Not as close as I wanted to be to Broadway but not far enough to complain about. Overall, everyone was satisfied. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Just ok

The house itself is very pretty and new. The rooftop is great, I felt like there was plenty of seating for everyone. Beds were comfy with plenty of extra linens and pillows. Two of The biggest annoyance, they will allow you to park your car in the back driveway but they will not give you a garage code. So you have to walk through the grass to the front door. If you Uber, it’s not any better. There’s no walk way so you are dragging your luggage through the grass either way. The house also smells like people had been smoking in there. The house is also located on a busy street therefore it’s difficult to get picked up or dropped off. Overall cleanliness was good but one of the beds had black hairs. TV upstairs didn’t work, curtains in the bedroom would be nice as it’s very bright early in the mornings and a printed document containing the house check out and WiFi information would be nice.
