「All linen and bedding was not cleaned. The ceiling fan was not operational. The desk clerk/ staff stated that they will fix it. It never happened during our stay. We were able to hear the noise from the motor vehicle traffic and the tenants above was always moving objects around. The surrounding area was very trashy.」

「There was a lot of space for everyone. We had 7 guests. Very clean and quiet. I would recommend this to anyone!」

「This house is great and in a good location. It's less than a mile from the Nashville Farmer's Market and less than a mile from the Dominican Sisters of St. Cecelia Motherhouse. We enjoyed our stay! The house is small (as advertised), but was able to hold our 6 person family. Sleeping 6 may be a bit of false advertising. The couch in the living room does not pull out, the footstool just pushes up next to it. I was able to sleep on it with my small toddler, but I'd be shocked if 2 adults could...
