“Very clean very nice location, was skeptical because of Expedia’s price, but we enjoyed it so much we booked a 2nd night”

“The balcony with ocean view provided only one chair. We could not sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. The room its self was ok, dated but fine. There is no kitchen just a small refrigerator and coffee pot. The grounds are fantastic, but you will be charged the fees for using the resort. We booked via Expedia so we missed it but was not explained to us at check in.”

“The hot water took a few minutes to get warm. The bed looked like someone you sat on it after it was made. The associates at the pizza/ice cream place were more interested in reading and showing things on their phones than wanting to help or take our order.”

“The hotel does need to be updated. The air conditioning unit was very loud and couldn’t sleep too well. Great location and parking. Staff was helpful and rooms were cleaned on time.”

“Staff is incredibly friendly and the room was very clean, quiet. My only issue would be the water pressure is really low for hair washing. Otherwise, a great new hotel at a convenient location.”

“My flight was delayed, causing me to miss the connection and rebook the next flight for the following morning. I spoke to the hotel operator a couple times, even sent email proof that the flight was delayed and my connection still left at the same time. Never heard a response back, and never got a refund. Very disappointing.”

“I loved the history of this property. It dates back to before the Civil War. There are no elevators just stairs so be sure you are able to walk up at least one flight of stairs or more. You can request a room on the bottom floor. The breakfast was wonderful with seating inside or outside. I will stay again if in the area.”

“The tv did not work No WiFi. The bed was uncomfortable and so were the pillows. The ac sounded like a plane taking off. I probably could have lived the the other stuff but the tv and WiFi at a Marriott seemed excessive. They never offed to move me The guy came and fixed the tv so I got one channel The staff pretty much acted like they didn’t give a crap”
