“Comfortable room and clean. We like the location and the breakfast. There were a few issues, but we will stay here again. Bath water was only luke-warm. Only one of our two key cards worked. Went to the desk two or three times to get it fixed, but it never did work. Neither card worked at the side door. Only one of the two elevators works. Other than that it was a good stay for us. ”

“The hotel is obviously in transition. The suite was sparsely furnished. A table but no chairs. Absolutely no amenities, of any kind. Our Tv didnt work, despite mutiple attempts by their excellent desk staff. We asked to be moved and were told it was a property wide issue. We left early. Also it is near a very busy and noisy highway. All in all, aside from their incredible desk folks, the stay was not good.”

“We had no idea that Concord quarters was on the national historic registry when we booked. The owners are so gracious, and breakfast was perfect! Beds and the room were comfortable and unique. Would stay hear again in a heartbeat.”

“The room was nice. Unfortunately, the water supply went out so no water to flush toilet or wash face. I did not eat breakfast since the person who put out food would not have been able to wash hands.”

“This has been the absolute worst place I have choice to stay. I actually checked right back out after seeing the room conditions and area. The bed sheets had cigarette burns. The bathroom has gnats and other insects. I will be contacting expedia for a refund. I was only in the room for five minutes.”
