This was a great house for our family and exceeded our expectations. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms had all we needed and the kitchen & living space were great! We highly recommend this home for any family visiting Natchitoches.

The accommodations, location and weather made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The home was beautifully decorated. Each room was fully equipped with all the comforts of home. The deck seating, tv and hot tub set the mood for a causal morning and evening.

This property is a gem! The location is perfect for being walkable to all of the main attractions and dining. The gourmet kitchen was very well laid out and has everything you could possible need to entertain. Gorgeous outdoor area overlooking the river with a huge hot tub and fire pit table. We enjoyed the last December fireworks with a perfect view. We will definitely stay here the next time we are visiting Natchitoches!

the house was gorgeous and so comfortable. great location. we were able to watch the fireworks show from the back porch. it was an easy 5 minute walk to all the downtown fun! would definitely want to stay there again!

Great location, beautiful views of river and fireworks during Christmas Festival!
3 generations of family enjoyed a 4 night stay, lovely home, beautiful views, enjoyed the Christmas Festival fireworks and music from the fireworks show from the back porch and had a spectacular view from the dock! It was great to be close enough to walk to the shops, restaurants, and activities on Front Street, but far enough away to have privacy and not be in the middle of the crowd. Host had a surprise gift basket delivered after check-in and stayed in contact to make sure all was well throughout our stay. We also separately booked and enjoyed an evening electric carriage ride around downtown and they were able to pick us up and drop us off right in front of the house because it’s so close! Highly recommend this rental due to the location and ability to relax and enjoy the views and all that Natchitoches has to offer!

Our stay was fantastic! The home is so charming and the location of the property is perfect! The view from the back deck area is beautiful and peaceful. The host was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed and more! Will definitely stay here again!
