“The hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool was closed for unknown reasons. Staff was helpful but they really needed another person to help to make check-in more efficient. ”

“Would give a 5 out of 5 except the refrigerator in room 211 didn't work. Other than that it is a great place to stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and smelled nice. Needed more towels and were given them immediately. Several places to eat within walking distance. The bed was very comfortable and linens very nice. Was very quiet the 3 nights we were there. The breakfast was good several different choices. Felt very safe there. Would DEFINITELY stay there……

“I traveled with my spouse and 2 kids for a 4H competition in the area and came across this gem. The house and property are beautiful as is the art work throughout. Mr. Wilburn was an awesome host. After the competition, my family and I went to the Mansfield and Pleasant Hill battlefields which were just a short drive from the house. I will definitely be staying again the next time we find ourselves in the area.”
