「What a great place to cook dinner and have a night with the girls! 」

「It was a beautiful house, very clean and spacious. We had 8 adults for the 3 bedroom 2.5 bath. It worked for us to put family members together and there was enough beds for everyone. I had missed the fine print saying there is a 25 additional fee for those staying after 5 people. So be aware of that. The host was very nice and quick to respond to any questions. We would stay again. 」

It's a large piece of property surrounded on three sides by water. There were a few levels to the land, which made it great for gathering outside while still having privacy. 「We stayed for a week with extended family to celebrate Thanksgiving in Boston. This property was great! We served many big meals, had a very well equipped kitchen. One thing to note is the upstairs room with the futon in it is a pass-through room that two other bedrooms open into, we had a teenager sleeping in there, and it was fine, but not much privacy. Compared to many other Boston properties, the stairs are not too steep, and not too narrow, which was great for my in-laws. Would love to...

「Such a lovely place to stay. It is clean, modern, well appropriated and maintained. The location was excellent with many amenities close by. We especially appreciated the availability of the hosts and their rapid responses to our inquiries.The street is busy with traffic at times with some noise but not really bothersome and you have to be careful backing out of the driveway. There are two sets of stairs so if that is a problem this is not the place for you. Otherwise I highly recommend it.」
