“Good location and pleasant overall surrounding. Nice carpark and convenient access to room. But elevators were slow and control buttons are a bit out-of date. Pleasant an courteous staff. Nice and spacious room.”

“Very good location using buses to city centre. Note: must have a LEAP card or coins for the bus as no credit card can be used to pay for bus travel. No on site reception staff - must read email with instructions for main door and room door entry codes and front and rear parking locations. Helpful cleaning staff available in the mornings.”

“You can't sleep in its old wing. There is a pub with noise from 11pm to 5am. It is quiet in its new wing. Staffs are nice and helpful. Breakfast is acceptable. ”

“I’m going to get straight to the point. There is a club in/below the hotel. It is a very cool club, but it is also very loud and goes until 4:30 in the morning, at which point they kick out all the drunk kids, which is not fun. If you are on the first floor, it will be very loud, but it should be manageable second floor and up. They provide ear buds that don’t really work. For the price tho, the location is second to none”

“Extremely unsupportive mattresses in the pull out beds. Unless you like feeling as though you’re sleeping on the floor, best to pass on the lack of back support.”

“I was asked to review my stay after the property cancelled my booking for 3 rooms for 3 nights only a week before our trip. Had a nightmare rebooking, with Taylor Swift playing and it being Pride weekend.”

“The location is good, with the bus station to the airport right in front of the hotel enhance and restaurants/bar nearby. There is a 24-hr reception so night flight and late check-in are totally fine, the staffs are also nice and offer us free printing. The overall experience is much better than expected! :)”

“I have never had an issue communicating with a property using Hotels.Com but that was the case with Griffith Hall. The person who registered us said that it was a common issue for them. In the end, things worked out but it could be a problematic issue. The residence is just that a college residence. Don't expect a regular hotel experience. And be prepared to use public transit to get anywhere or walk a lot. It is not in a central location.”

“Room was spacious and very clean. Tasty breakfast and you will experience the enthusiasm of all staffs. The Lockside restaurant bar was excellent in service and tasty food and drink. Good atmosphere for visitors relaxing after day out. The hotel was located 15 minutes walk to most attractions.”
