"Checked in the very early morning due to an early flight coming in. Our room wasn’t ready til 3pm so from 5:30 am to 3 pm we had to hang around the hotel because nothing was opened. Went into the breakfast buffet restaurant in the lobby which opened at 7am and dining was an excellent experience. The variety of food was amazing! My family and I love this buffet and we ate here every morning. Concierge was so nice and helpful. They were always there to answer your questions and very accommodating and attentive. The hotel also provides a shuttle to certain areas of sightseeing drop off. Just need to follow their schedule of pick up times. I would definitely recommend this hotel to future travelers."

"Room was spacious and very clean. Staff was polite when we arrived and to the end of our stay. We were were able to do laundry as well before leaving to the next adventure."

"This hotel was very convenient for the Ximen walk area. The rooms are well designed and contemporary. The staff was very friendly and helpful when you need something. They recognized Expedia rewards status and provided complimentary water bottles at the lounge area. Also if there drop off a towel and water bottles at your room door when you put do not disturb and skip housekeeping. I would recommend this to anyone coming to Ximen area. "
