"In the heart of Grassmarket. Perfect location for restaurants, bars shops and historical sites. Room were larger than we expected. Kettle to make tea/coffee which was a bonus. Nice shampoo and body wash. Also on each floor theres filtered water to fill your water bottles. Highly recommend Apex City hotel."

"We stayed in a superior room with private bathroom. The room was lovely but on the small side. The waffle with bacon and the avocado with gravlax for Breakfast was delicious. Staff were very helpful. The location is very convenient. I would stay again."

"Hotel was in easy walking distance of Edinburgh Waverley train station and the royal mile . Staff attentive especially Callum on reception and Kymm at breakfast . Food good quality at breakfast and evening meal, plenty of choice . Room very clean and comfortable, lovely white company toiletries . Highly recommend this hotel ."

"Central location. Walk to everything. Reception is great, very helpful. The room is small. Outdoor bar downstairs is open into early AM hours. Which is amazing if you dont need sleep. If you do, ask for complementary ear plugs."

"The first night of our stay was absolutely miserable. When we complained about our horrible room staff immediately turned on us. We spoke with the night manager the next morning and he was the only staff truly sincere about helping us while the other staff continued to be rude. We truly thank him for relaying the problems to the correct people and resolving the situation."
