“This is a beautiful hotel. The Grill has excellent food, although a little pricey. Great location to the college. ”

“The check-in was quick and efficient. Our room was reassigned because we brought a small, 16 lb miniature dog, and had to be put in a room that was special for peoplevwith pets. We were told so the room could be specially cleaned in case of allergies. Interestingly that other people brought pets that were larger and given rooms on floors on other levels. We were traveling with family so we would have liked to have adjacent rooms. Our dog is well trained and does not have accidents, or chew on……

“Room was disgusting - the floor was sticky, there were cobwebs, parts of the floor were coming up, mirror was dirty, walls had visible dirty marks, there was a leftover syringe cap on floor. When I went to the front desk, they attendant said she could re clean it. At that point, i asked for a refund. I couldnt stay there with it being so gross.”

“Ordered the big room with the jacuzzi tub and it was absolutely nasty. Had hair literally everywhere in it I had to scrub the jets myself, ran cleaner through the jets and drained it 3 times and still had hair coming out. Hair in the towels. Room was overall just dirty and nowhere worth the money. They were accommodating for the most part besides calling me 3 weeks later claiming that I took their green blanket. (Wouldn’t want to bring anything home from there with how dirty the room was).……

“Had a good breakfast - had a waffle maker! Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Fan worked, window cracked. ”

“parking was easy the room was very dirty, we went to Wal-Mart and bought sleeping bags so we wouldn't have to lie on dirty sheets the floor was so sticky my shoes stuck to it”

“Absolutely LOVE this hotel! The property is gorgeous, the location is super convenient & the staff is lovely. This is our 2nd stay & I don’t think we’ll ever stay anywhere else in Chico. It’s been perfect both times. ”

“The hotel was very clean. It is in a great location right next to a Dutch Bros, a brewery and Best Buy. The pre-cooked breakfast was not as good as the other times I stayed there. The cinnamon rolls are still great. I would highly recommend this location.”

“Hands down the filthiest motel I've ever stayed in, and I'm a purveyor of cheap motels. 1) Moldy something under the microwave plate 2) Holes (cigarette burns?) in the sheets 3) Crazies blasting bass in their cars at 5am for 45 mins 4) luke warm shower 5) a tiny bar of soap, no shampoo 6) dust and dirt and grime on most surfaces. 7) Wifi network down and nobody at the front desk for hours after 10pm The key and heater worked at least. ”
