「The hotel is a 5 min walk from East Nada. It is a modern hotel with comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The breakfast buffet had many choices and was delicious. The staff and service at the hotel was great.」

「The property tried to overcharge us to make extra money even after they agreed to cancelling one of our rooms. The place is mouldy and a major health hazard. The staff are unprofessional. 」

「1. At the time of check in, neither verbal information provided about the where is what, nor any printed information. Even room did not have any information or even telephone directory. Nothing is indicated on the phone about how to contact reception. 2. We stayed there for 2 days. My stay was OK, except for a dispute with the staff for an additional cost imposed on me for the extra bed. While booking it was specifically mentioned the number of persons 3 and a spacious room with 3 beds was selected and payment done online accordingly.
