Einziges Manko ist die angespannte Parkplatzsituation: Es werden 5 € Gebühr verlangt, aber am Ende gibt es nicht einmal genügend Stellplätze für alle Gäste. 「The room was very clean and comfortable. Nice quaint spot in the country. The food was great! Only complaint was that it could use a coffee machine in the room as we had to leave early before the breakfast. The cleaning woman in the restaurant made us 2 coffees to go. That was very nice.」

「The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very good with a large variety of items. The interior is aesthetically pleasing, especially the dining area is very beautiful. The setting is wonderful with a lot of green and the Teltow Kanal right along the property. Listening to the birds outside through the open window in the morning was wonderful! Otherwise, the room was very quiet with only a few sounds coming from outside the door during my stay. To my surprise there was a massage chair...

「This location is perfect just one block from palaces and gardens. The property is beautiful kept is on a street with historic charm, its safe and easily accessible. The staff really tops, very friendly and accommodating and the room and breakfast are both a great value. I couldn't have been more happy with my stay and highly recommend.」

「The check-in and check-out staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming, and the complimentary minibar provided by the hotel was such a delightful surprise. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was excellent it was especially convenient for visiting Sanssouci Park. If I come back to Potsdam, I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was also wonderful, with a variety of homemade jams, fresh bread, and delicious food.」

「1.The hotel counter refused to help us to print the ticket( A4*3 pages), even if we paid extra. Then I have to go to the next hotel to ask for help. Another hotel does not charge any fees to help me print three tickets. 2.we booking one "triple room including breakfast ", the receptionist told to us only 2 breakfast is included. The third person has to pay extra. but the confirmation didn't show this rule.」

「Der Kaffeevollautomat war nur eingeschränkt nutzbar, dies wurde nicht ausgewiesen. Jeder Gast der einen Cappuccino wollte hatte sich gewundert das die Milch nicht aufgeschäumt wurde. Dies hätte vom Personal besser kommuniziert werden können. 」

「Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht im Vierseithof Luckenwalde anlässlich einer Familienfeier. Die Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig. Leider war der Weg zu unserem Zimmer sehr lang von mehrer Treppen und einigen Fluren, haben wir unsere Zimmer dann gefunden. 😀Mit dem Personal gab es jedoch sprachliche Verständigung. Das Frühstück am nächsten Tag war gut, es war alles da was man braucht. Aber wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder, weil es auch sehr ruhig war.」
