「1.The hotel counter refused to help us to print the ticket( A4*3 pages), even if we paid extra. Then I have to go to the next hotel to ask for help. Another hotel does not charge any fees to help me print three tickets.
2.we booking one "triple room including breakfast ", the receptionist told to us only 2 breakfast is included. The third person has to pay extra. but the confirmation didn't show this rule.」
