“Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Auch das Zimmer war sauber und für den günstigen Preis absolut in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls vollkommen okay. Allerdings sind die Wände sehr dünn, wodurch das Zimmer extrem hellhörig ist; man hört jedes Wort aus dem Treppenhaus und den Nachbarzimmern. Zudem gibt es nur wenige Parkplätze. Trotz zusätzlicher Parkgebühr war später kein Platz mehr verfügbar. Andere Gäste parkten kreuz & quer, teilweise sogar auf den……

“The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very good with a large variety of items. The interior is aesthetically pleasing, especially the dining area is very beautiful. The setting is wonderful with a lot of green and the Teltow Kanal right along the property. Listening to the birds outside through the open window in the morning was wonderful! Otherwise, the room was very quiet with only a few sounds coming from outside the door during my stay. To my surprise there was a massage chair……

“Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht im Vierseithof Luckenwalde anlässlich einer Familienfeier. Die Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig. Leider war der Weg zu unserem Zimmer sehr lang von mehrer Treppen und einigen Fluren, haben wir unsere Zimmer dann gefunden. 😀Mit dem Personal gab es jedoch sprachliche Verständigung. Das Frühstück am nächsten Tag war gut, es war alles da was man braucht. Aber wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder, weil es auch sehr ruhig war.”

“The check-in and check-out staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming, and the complimentary minibar provided by the hotel was such a delightful surprise. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was excellent it was especially convenient for visiting Sanssouci Park. If I come back to Potsdam, I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was also wonderful, with a variety of homemade jams, fresh bread, and delicious food.”

“Der Kaffeevollautomat war nur eingeschränkt nutzbar, dies wurde nicht ausgewiesen. Jeder Gast der einen Cappuccino wollte hatte sich gewundert das die Milch nicht aufgeschäumt wurde. Dies hätte vom Personal besser kommuniziert werden können. ”

“1.The hotel counter refused to help us to print the ticket( A4*3 pages), even if we paid extra. Then I have to go to the next hotel to ask for help. Another hotel does not charge any fees to help me print three tickets. 2.we booking one "triple room including breakfast ", the receptionist told to us only 2 breakfast is included. The third person has to pay extra. but the confirmation didn't show this rule.”

“Poor service”

“每天服务员都会对房间进行打扫，需要换的毛巾及时换上。我们房间的位置非常好，有阳台，站在阳台或窗口都能看到勃兰登堡门，景色非常棒。房间没有烫衣板，听说德国酒店房间不可以放，但是他们有烫衣服的设备，问前台就可以，前台的服务员非常友好，乐于助人。”
