"The room was clean and quiet (we were in the back), the hot tub was lovely, parking was easy. Only thing that could have been better was breakfast, but it was fine: cereal, make your own waffles, bagels, mini muffins, biscuits and gravy(not good), coffee, tea, juice. The front desk staff was lovely. We stayed for 1 night for my daughter’s 10th birthday and would absolutely stay again. "

"Perfect location right on the sand in Santa Cruz! Could watch the waves and the surfers from the room and activity on the pier. Room was a good size. Enjoyed the convenience of the coffee cart in the lobby and the food and views at Jack O’neills were excellent! "

"We had a great time staying at the house. The location is superb, in walking distance from the Natural Bridges beach and tide pooling spots, with a bike path leading to both (bring bikes and scooters for kids!).Definitely enjoyed the jacuzzi since it was fairly cold when we were exploring during the day. Warming the house wasn't trivial, but once we figured out how the hot plates worked, we could get the house warmed up in combination with the electric heaters in the morning. Just need to be careful with young kids near the hot plates. Sad we didn't get to use the garden much due to rain. Would definitely stay again!"
