“Pleasant rooftop restaurant and helpful staff. Room was spacious and clean. Was surprised to learn that A/C was only available at an additional cost of 25000 Ariary (about $5 USD), and there was no fan in the room to make the heat bearable without A/C. The room had two beds in separate sleeping spaces, but the A/C was not powerful enough to cool anything other than the bed next to it. There was an electrical panel just outside the louvered door by the bed, and some circuit on the panel……

“The room was spacious and clean. The staff were really friendly and a couple of them spoke english so that was reallly helpful. The location is convenient. A few minute walk down to the main restaurants and bars. The walk can be a little dark, so have your camera flashlight handy. It is a really safe area, no issues at all. The only 2 issues i had were that the tv didn't work, only the menu page loaded but no channels and i tried having a hot bath, but there was no hot water. Either than that,……

“a terrible experience,no hot water no air-conditioning 78 steps to the reception,then another 15 steps to our room I will never go there again and will not recommend it sorry ”

“Rapport qualité-prix déséquilibré pour cet établissement qui se veut 5 étoiles. L’hôtel est beau, avec une belle vue. Cependant, le service de ménage en chambre est décevant pour ce tarif. Côté restauration, c’est correct. Le repas du Nouvel An, bien évidemment facturé plus cher, n’avait rien d'exceptionnel par rapport aux autres soirs. Sur beaucoup de repas lors de notre séjour, de nombreux plats de la carte n'étaient pas disponibles. Le personnel est très accueillant et aux petits soins,……
