"Clean room, friendly staff very close to horse shoe bend and the canyons loved our stay"

"It’s outdated, but the room was clean. They didn’t have shower caps available but they did have microwave, a mini fridge and a keurig for coffee. It had the essentials. I do like that it was in a good location with a view and it had a balcony to enjoy the nice weather. "

"Breakfast was good. A nice variety to choose from. The rooms were clean but the hotel was under the process of remodeling so there was construction dust and materials all over. It is in a very convenient location. The king suite on the first floor was nice and big and had a very high ceiling so we felt like we were in a very large room. We enjoyed our stay. "

"Very clean. Lots of parking. Nice beds. Breakfast was fine. I would have liked more fruit. All I all it served us very well for a 2 night stay"

"Our one night stay was fine, but the staff did not seem attentive nor welcoming. There was a terrible sewer smell in the lobby that kept my wife and I from having drinks or dinner at the restaurants at the resort. The room itself was clean and comfortable with a great view of the marina. Room seemed a little dated, but didn’t impact our stay. Also, had to pay an additional park fee of $30 just to get to the resort."

"There was no place to hang up any clothes. No where to set out our toiletries. The AC cooled one room but it was hot in the other room. We set our food on the counter and many ants showed up very quickly. The units where we stayed were behind the main hotel. We stayed at the main hotel before and those rooms were fine."
