「The room was spotless and pristine, just like a model home, and the ocean view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. Everything was exactly as we had hoped! We were traveling with my in-laws, so the peaceful location a little away from the busy town center was perfect for us. They were absolutely blown away by the beauty of the place, saying, “This is paradise! Did we somehow end up in heaven?” It was wonderful to see them so happy! 「My third time staying at Aston Waikiki Sunset. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to Waikiki Beach. The staff were friendly and helpful in resolving any issues you asked. Room is clean, equipped with a full kitchen and has the balcony. Each floor has coin-operated washer/dryer. You can purchase parking tickets at the machine in the lobby for $35 per day. The hotel facilities and room furniture are somewhat outdated. Anyway, it's a good choice when you're on vacation in Honolulu.」

「Condo was very clean/stylish. The outside building and hallway is a little more run down compared to the condo. Had full kitchen, queen bed, and trundle bed. 「Would not recommend this place at all. My family and I stayed here for a week and aside from the horrible customer service, there were a multitude of things that went wrong with this property. For starters, we had no hot water for more than half of our vacation time (3 consecutive days) leaving us unable to shower. There was an insane ant infestation in our room (on the 12th floor), in which the ants ended up in our clothes, in our sons pack and play and ultimately biting our 6 month old son....
