Excellent!

Our stay was perfect! Only two things I would complain about was the set up in the master bath, wish the sink was larger and had more storage. And the frogs out back! Lol! They were so loud! Love it here!

Will not rent again

I’ve stayed in these townhomes before but in a different unit. I like the townhomes because of the proximity to the restaurants and beach. This particular unit is still in need of upgrades. It was cleaned properly, decorated, but lots of things are in need of basic care and replacement. Kitchen cabinets are old and smell, sink is old and rusted, kitchen floor is old, somethings need repainting. I did have them come out and replace some bulbs but there were a lot more needed. Some outlets didn’t work, entry stairwell and balconies need some care and furniture. Pensacola Beach Properties were very nice and communicated very well.
