This delightful unit overlooking the magnificent Gulf of Mexico is a spacious 1378 square feet. This fun and casual, multicolored unit will truly be a home away from home. In the fully equipped kitchen, you'll find everything needed to prepare a home-cooked meal along with a convenient countertop breakfast bar. The quaint dining room offers a simple yet timeless table. The living room has comfy couches to allow you the pleasure of catching up with one another. The balcony offers an excellent spot to take in a breathtaking Gulf front view. The primary bedroom has a king bed that has a country feel and a private bath with double sinks and a Jacuzzi tub with a shower stall. The second bedroom has twin beds and is conveniently located next to a full bath.

Things to Know
Pool passes are included.
During off-season rentals, the condo association will be performing routine property repairs and maintenance to upkeep the property for peak season (October 1st - March 15th).

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 16.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Wonderful condo! Clean and nicely decorated with an amazing view of both sunrise and sunset. The host Vacasa was very prompt when our keypad to enter the condo broke. I’ve would definitely stay here again!

Loved This!

Terrific choice for a late October, low-key stay. Navarre Beach doesn't seem to be on the woo-woo-bachelorette radar, and we were a week or so after Fall Break, so it was quiet and super easy to deal with. The condo itself was perfect for us, a brother and sister who like lots of personal space (the unit was quite large, a welcome surprise that doesn't happen very often with VRBOs in our experience). The only two (very minor) dings: the ten digit door code was very unforgiving (make ONE less-than-firm, perfectly-aimed button-push and it's flashing red lights, start over and now the PRESSURE IS ON) and srsly, come up off a couple of beach towels. Other than that, we loved it.

Navarre vacation

The condo was great to stay in. Very clean and had many toiletries stocked which was convenient. It was high up so the noise was non-existent. The code to the door was very long though and sometimes wouldn't work. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Bring your own blankets and washcloths

I have stayed in this particular unit at The Pearl on previous trips and it seems to have gone downhill. There were no extra blankets anywhere to be found, the only bedding is super thin, a sheet and then bedding the thickness of a shower curtain. My kids ended up using pur extra beach towels we brought with their bedding the first night. Not very comfortable. Also there was only 1 washcloth per bathroom. Odd because we counted 18 hand towels, but only 2 wash cloths. There was also no dishwasher tabs, which are usually included. Complimentary beach chair set is also no longer an option, this used to be included as well, so we had to pay for both sets we got. The stay was ok. Also received a call the next day to come by the office to get parking pass, which used to be left in the condo, which was much more convenient. The stay was just ok at best.

Navarre Beach Trip at the Pearl

Overall it was good. The place was nice, roomy, lots of starage, well decorated (tasteful). Had to get up at 545 each day to secure a place on the beach so we could see the ocean. Supposed to have 2 beach chairs and umbrella, but only if you pay for reservation. Beach chair guy, Juan, was a jerk. Residents of building were unwelcoming, treated vistors like nuisances. Pool had over-zealous attendants. Otherwise, the place was clean and pretty. The veiw was spectacular and the furniture was nice and comfortable. Navarre was VERY crowded, much more so than last year.

15-20 min to get key code to work , microwave didn’t work found out they knew before we booked took 2 days to get one … front shower wouldn’t turn on good thing was only 2 of us nasty note on door only room at the pearl with one had to stand in breezeway over 30 mins cause not allowed to get in but was okay for us to loose time no one across the road at Vessca had all our paper work with wrong date for check out but was absolutely correct date when charging on a scale of 1-10 I would not recommend this unit big dead cockroach was up under the table side of refrigerator was dirty …could of tried to offer a discount but instead got sent to talk to someone we could t understand

Condo location and amenities were great, I will not stay at another Vacasa property.

Beach chairs and umbrellas were great, having two pools plus hot tub was really nice. Elevator was broken when first arrived but quickly fixed. The property management is terrible, first time I’ve ever had to call to ask for things. Little things like the remote didn’t have batteries. Little and inaccurate information was provided prior to stay. The booklet in condo information would have been great prior to arrival. When you call for things (like batteries…) the service is very poor, you have to repeat, explain, ect. They call back to see how happy you are but customer service upfront is better. The property had zero utensils for kids (everything was glass/breakable), each door has the old locks with round button (very easy for kids to lock) and there are zero keys. They explained the property wasn’t kid proofed which is fine but most beach properties have plastic. Towels weren’t clean, stains and hairs. Property was beautiful and will be back to this beach but will avoid this management company.
