Nice place to stay in Navarre

This was a clean and peaceful place to stay. Plenty of room for my family to sit and enjoy the peace and quite. We gathered for a military function and we’re about minutes from the base. Walmart and Publix nearby for all our grocery needs. Minutes from Navarre bridge to the beaches! Excellent spot. Will stay again

Everything a large family needs

We maxed out full capacity at 10 guests. Our daughter and her husband with 2 children were in the area and spent a lot of time with us as well. Much of the time we had 14 people. So grateful to have a safe clean accommodating space to escape Milton. Not once were we on top of each other or uncomfortable. In addition to the three spacious bedrooms, there are two living rooms (one we used as a bedroom, has its own door)… as well as the garage/game room with another seating section with tv. Two spacious outdoor seating areas (one screened in). Had absolutely everything we needed. 7 minutes to the gulf. Countless restaurants in area. Felt a little guilty, it was like a spontaneous vacation in a high stress situation. Would recommend 1000 times over. Already tried to rebook for May, but don’t see any future bookings available :(

Fantastic Stay

We were thoroughly pleased with our stay. The house is perfect and accommodated us and our dog! That being said, there was not a remote for the tv in the master bedroom, nor did the tv turn on when we attempted using the button on the side of the tv. Not an issue as we never needed to use it. I would also recommend mounting the tv on the wall as apposed to having it standing on the tv stand as it’s far to low below the bed to even see the entire tv. This house is also conveniently located! There is a Walmart and gas station right down the road, fort Walton is less than 20 minutes away, and the beach is less than 10! 10/10 would recommend and will attempt to get this location again next time we vacation.

Nice house - needs some additional work

This property is very nice but needs additional work . We understand that we were the first ones to rent through VRBO (Premier host Vacasa) the heat/air was not in working order, the storm shudders were still in every window. There were light bulbs missing from lamps & overhead lights. Vacasa was very quick to assist with these things however I it did take time away from our first week of vacation . There were no instructions regarding anything ie how to operate TVs etc. It was very clean however. The backyard is fenced in & private however it needs a lot of work - overgrown & dead branches everywhere. Kitchen has no garbage disposal which was surprising & sinks had no stoppers or drain covers. Dishwasher worked once then not again. If u are renting with larger groups there is not much silverware there. Needs some TLC - that’s for sure!
