Quick summer getaway

The unit was clean and well equipped with lots of space. Easily fit our whole family and nice balcony space. Only unexpected part was the business beside the condo with loud music that was distracting when relaxing on patio. Rental company was so easy to work with and we had a great time!

Great location and unit

The condo was exactly as advertised and is great for a large family, we had 5 adults and 3 children and it was big enough for everyone. The view was outstanding. The pool was fine but the real attraction was the beach. It was powdery white sand and the water was the clearest and calmest I’ve ever seen on the Gulf coast. I would stay here again anytime.

Loved the condo, the view is beautiful and we had a great trip. The balcony didn’t have enough lighting, outlet on balcony didn’t work and the floors needed to be mopped. We will book again.

NAVARRE IS THE BEST

Navarre is the BEST PLACE EVER! The Summerwind Resort and this condo are SPECTACULAR!!! The umbrella guys on the beach were sooo nice! We stayed for 10 days and it was just absolutely PERFECT!

The place was excellent!! The only issue for my husband and I was the bathroom door opens in instead of out so you have to stand in the shower to turn it on. I just stood in the corner but he is bigger than me and the cold water hit him while he waited on it to warm. We didn’t know how to lock the door because it didn’t automatically lock when you shut it but we figured it out from another friend that was staying in another condo there. They had the same problem. My friend got drunk and pretended to be me and called the company and complained about stupid things. I meant to call and apologize to them for her. She also cause a lot of problems with my other friends. We won’t be bringing her along again

No sofa bedding. Urine stains on sofa mattress, which probably explains lack of bedding. No extra light bulbs and master bathroom needed several as did twin room.

Property could be great, cleanliness is definitely an issue.

Let me start by saying this unit was very nice and well appointed. Upon unpacking we found several remnants of previous occupants. Just for men partially used dye kit in Master bath drawer then a hair tie with wad of hair under pillow in master headroom. Which led me to wash the bedding, upon opening washer I found additional remnants of previous occupants, a bathing suit top as well as a kitchen towel that had obviously gone sour in the washing machine. While doing this we were unable to locate parking passes or the wristbands required for our stay on the property. We communicated this with property managers but they were not very eager to rectify the situation. So with our vehicles at risk of being towed that was clearly frustrating. Every shower in the unit was nasty and clearly not cleaned from the previous occupants. Hair and mildew were present in all. We decided that we needed to go buy some cleaning supplies and groceries to stock out unit while waiting to hear about parking passes (we went to the desk and as the ladies were leaving for the night they told us they couldn’t help us, we would have to continue to try and contact the property managers. Some of our family stayed back to go for a swim while we went to get groceries, The family that stayed back were in the room, told that they would not be allowed in the pool area without the wristbands by an aggressive older security member spouting criminal codes to them. It took 24 hrs to get passed & bracelets. Do Better
