First off, Anthony is very responsive. The townhome is new and the neighborhood is very chill and on the bay. If you are wanting a laid back location, right across the street from excellent golf course (I drove through and didn’t get to play due to rain) this is it. 10-15 mins to Navarre Beach, easy drive. Pool area looked nice (again rain). Very nice place, laid back, limited but good restaurants and close enough to Pensacola or Ft Walton if they have activities that interest you. Nice amenities throughout the house. Thanks Anthony, enjoyed the living area, massive TV, and games!

Loved this home, so so beautiful. Rooms are huge except one of the guest rooms which was fine. Home had everything we needed and the couch downstairs is so soft and comfortable to watch movies in the evening. Loved having the board games to play on the evening. Also the beach is close not too far from the house. Would definitely rent this home again. Thank you Anthony for always responding quickly to all of my questions.
