Family Getaway

Beautiful home in Navarre!! Check in had a couple of hiccups but was quickly taken care of. Close to the beach and pool and felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay

Pensacola Beach Properties was excellent to deal with. Very responsive and accommodating. Our plans changed a month before arrival and we needed to leave a day early. VRBO would not refund the day but Pensacola Beach Properties got us our refund which was very nice. Property was as described. Only issue for older non techies was navigating the television. Basic cable tv would have been much easier. Everything else was very nice. Would use Pensacola Beach Properties again.

Nice location

Beach close, and beach necessities all provided. House clean. Strange that 2 beds had no blanket but instead had a mattress cover as a blanket? Large carafe on Keurig didn’t work but individual keurigs all good. Washer and dryer great, and decor very nice. Would rent again. Thank you! Problems with the kitchen floor and garage upon arrival were immediately fixed and followed up on with prompt courteous service.

Great Navarre beach house

Beautiful property w many amenities. Loved that it offered a beach cart, many beach chairs and some beach toys. Also, it had a baby gate, hair dyer, iron and steamer available. We did not rent the golf cart (pricey!) but it was a very easy walk to the beach. Neighborhood is across from beach access. Note, there is no ensuite bathroom for the Master bedroom. The upstairs king bedroom shares a jack and jill bathroom w another bedroom. The main floor bathroom was located off the hall; 2 bedrooms shared that. If headed to Navarre again, definitely would rent.

Nightmare

First, the property managers tried their best to fix non-working and broken items, and to accommodate our needs the best they could to address these items. Broken items: dishwasher, second refrigerator, toilet paper dispenser, king bed frame, kitchen faucet, wobbly toilet, loose or lifted wooden floor boards, not enough dresser space, no beach umbrellas, no hot tub that the ad mentioned, gross rotted grill. This house was not very clean. Parked in the overflow parking, listed with the house, and got 2 parking tickets. Great quiet and friendly location.

Location great, not too clean

The location was great. Easy access to the bay and beach was fantastic. It easily slept our party of 10. The sofa was old and stained and the kitchen and bathrooms weren’t fully clean. Kitchen cookware/bowls/items were not in great shape. We planned to use the grill, but the entire inside of it was rusted out. We bought a grill and left it there. The downstairs fridge was broken and had mildew. The property manager offered to have the fridge repaired while we were there, but we ended up only needing the upstairs fridge. We arrived on Sunday and trash was not picked up before we got there (bins were totally full). We spent Sunday-Friday there and had no place to put our garbage. We reported it to the property manager repeatedly, but didn’t end up having trash picked up until the morning that we left.
