Just like the photos!

This place was great! The photos didn't even do it justice! Everything was clean and tidy and the beach was amazing. Plenty of access to water items and nearby activities! Hope to stay here again!

Most relaxing vrbo ever

Easy checkin. Great communication with the host. The house itself is... wow! Lots of niceties included. Great area! Zach at the pontoon boat really goes the extra mile. The kids had a blast.

Best of both worlds

We loved being right in the bay and just a walk across the street to the “big waves” :) The entire family loved the house and everything that came with it. Checkin and checkout process was amazingly easy.

Very well appointed for our needs. We hosted ten family members who came in for a wedding.The unit had everything we needed and all was in good working condition. The house needs some TLC in terms of paint, stain and rust removal on a few things, but no big problems. The water-toys were a welcome bonus for the younger family members.One item the owner needs to address soon is the presence of some kind of wood borer in the ottoman/coffee table in the great room. We cleaned up sawdust every day from the top and around the floor underneath. There is a lot of wood furniture in the house, and they need to be stopped before spreading.Thank you for an enjoyable experience.

Family Fun for All

We had the best time! Everyone had so much fun. We loved how close things were to do and also how much was available at the house if we just wanted to stay there. Loved our private beach! This was probably the favorite part for us.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time! The home was very close to the public beach access and we had our own private beach space on the sound. It was perfect! We would definitely recommend this home!

Navarre beach house

The house was really nice; the beds were comfy; the private beach behind the house was wonderful! We enjoyed using the paddle boards and bikes that were provided! Overall, a great stay! We will be keeping this house on our list of places to revisit !

Wonderful family vacation

The location and quality of this house is great. The sound is where we ended up spending most of our time, perfect for the younger kids, right outside the back yard. Public beach access is right across the street from the neighborhood, easy walk. A lovely vacation.

Sound Side Surprise

We have never chosen to stay on the sound side of any of our numerous beach stays before, but this location was perfect (lots of water and sand toys provided)! The home is in need of some overall maintenance that is not visible in the site pictures, but overall our short stay was great.
