Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a wall of windows out to your beachy backyard. The large deck is just outside leading to the private dune cross-over.
The open concept design allows your entire group to be together whether lounging in the comfortable living area, watching a movie, dining or playing games around the table seating 8 or having a beverage at the breakfast bar seating 4 more.
The well equipped gourmet kitchen allows for multiple chefs to create the perfect meal. You'll find granite countertops, SS appliances, custom cabinetry, a full pantry closet and even a wine cooler.
Down the hall is a convenient half bath as well as a king sized bedroom with en suite bath.

Up one flight is the king-sized primary bedroom with en suite bath. You'll experience ultimate relaxation in the jacuzzi tub. There is a walk-in shower, dual sinks and a separate water closet in your private retreat. Brew your first cup of coffee or keep your beverages cold in the mini fridge/wet bar. Enjoy a nightcap under the stars on the private Gulf front deck just outside the wall of windows, all with black-out shades.
If you need to make this a "working" vacation, you can set up at the desk with a 34" curved monitor and water view, also in this bedroom.
Down the hall are 2 additional queen-sized bedrooms and a full shared bath with tub/'shower combo.

On the ground floor is a 2 car garage and there is driveway parking for 3 more.
Open up the back garage door and grill your catch while watching the flat screen TV and sitting at a bar. Rinse off under the outdoor shower after your day on the beach.
