Perfectly designed for a group of up to six guests, this charming townhome offers everything you need for a rejuvenating coastal escape—from sun-drenched balconies to a heated community pool just outside your door.
Inside, you’ll find a fresh, inviting space with new furnishings, updated flooring (no carpet!), and a bright, beachy vibe throughout. The main floor features a spacious living area with a comfy couch for lounging and watching TV, plus sliders that lead out to a sun deck—ideal for catching rays, flipping through your vacation read, or simply soaking in the breeze.
The adjacent dining area comfortably seats six, and the well-equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar and all the essentials for preparing snacks or full meals. There’s also a second deck off the kitchen, perfect for morning coffee or quiet evening chats. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower rounds out the main floor.
Head upstairs to find the queen-sized primary bedroom, complete with its own private balcony. Down the hall is another cozy queen bedroom, plus a third bedroom with a twin trundle bed that sleeps two more. A second full bath with a walk-in shower is shared on this level, along with a full washer and dryer for added convenience.
Outside, enjoy a ground-level gas grill for cookouts, an outdoor shower to rinse off sandy toes, and covered parking for two vehicles. Small dogs are welcome to join your adventure with the owner's approval and a $200 per pet fee—though please note, dogs are not allowed on the Gulf beach.
The heated community pool, open year-round, is just steps from your door and surrounded by plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing. Take a short walk to the complex’s private soundside beach and gazebo or head out onto the private pier for dolphin-spotting and unforgettable sunsets. If you have a boat, dock it at the pier on a first-come, first-served basis.
Best of all, the Gulf beach is right across the street—an easy stroll with your beach gear in hand. Walk to four nearby restaurants and bars, explore the shops, or cast a line from the longest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico.
