A real Island Treasure

Everything and more! This property had it all. The short distance to the beach was walkable but the golf cart made trips a breeze. The pool was the perfect size for us to enjoy when the gulf had stronger currents. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. There’s an amazing view of the sound from the kitchen/dining/deck room. Sunsets were great to watch from there. Another plus, the manager was wonderful to communicate with. Any questions we had were answered quickly. Amanda, is fantastic! My family loved staying here! We all would love to stay here again in the future.

The house can't be beat. The pictures don't do it any justice as it had awesome views of the sound and the gulf from level two and three. The gulf cart made the accessible to the beach very easy, even walking was not bad. Three blocks to either public beach access. The pool was right off the garage door was awesome, plus all of the toys and activities in the garage. With the house being three stories the elevator was very convenient. Any time we had questions or concerns the Management company was VERY responsive and prompt. The west end location of the house allowed for very low crowded beaches and very little traffic. The walking path on Gulf Drive very beneficial for walks to and from the beach. We would recommend this property with no hesitation.
