"got an email saying checkin was at 3pm, showed up and our unit was still being cleaned. couldn’t check in until closer to 4pm. we would have done something else if we were notified our room wasn’t ready. it didn’t seem very clean, there were some stains on the comforters and face cloths. i received an email with the invoice from the property but was charged something different from hotels.com. Private Pool! Private Hot Tub! Trailer Parking! Fire Pits! All on 2 Acres!
10/10 Excellent
"Great communication with owner. Owner was so accommodating. He let us drop the trailers off at the property early so that we didn’t have to drag them around town. There was a disposal issue and he sent the maintenance man right over. So many fun activities. Hot tub was fantastic. Beds are so soft and warm. Houses AC worked perfectly. We will be back for sure! Only flaw that is not owners fault is the next door neighbors. They get very angry and will come talk to you if you do anything they don’t like. Example we were going 22 down the road that has a speed limit of 20 and the male neighbor came out very irate and yelled at us. We had respected their earlier request to not ride the ATVs at the property but apparently that wasn’t enough. "
