Spring Creek Splendor. The Perfect Location. Private Lower Level Apartment. Fun!

"Although the photos of the accommodations are accurate and a good representation of the property, it is even better in person! It is larger than we had anticipated. The property exceeded our expectations. The interior is clean. Both beds are very comfortable. The owner supplies all of the kitchenware needed to cook, serve and clean up after meals (including paper towels). He also supplies all the bathroom basics that you need for your stay, including bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, tp, and a more than ample supply of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. For those who run warm at night, a fan is provided in each of the bedroom closets. There are plenty of hangers in each of the closets. The shower floor is slippery, so I highly recommend using the provided shower mat.We really loved having the fireplace since the evenings were cool while we were there. It turns on with just a touch of a button. It created a wonderfully cozy atmosphere, especially for watching movies…which there are dozens of to choose from along with books to read.The exterior of the home is well maintained and beautiful. The location of the property itself is perfect for accessing the highways leading to the popular attractions. Due of the location near a well traveled, lighted highway intersection, you WILL hear the traffic when you sit outside. That didn’t prevent us from enjoying our stay at all.Communication with the owner and property manager was excellent.I would definitely stay again!"

"Oh, my goodness!!! This place has to be the nicest place in Custer. Wow! There was a Scottish Highlander that came up to fence, the kids actually got to pet it. The house is absolutely spectacular; it was clean, comfortable, and had loads of seating for everyone. You won't be sorry if you rent out this place."

"We chose this property because of its proximity to Custer State Park. We found a comfortable and well-equipped home in which to relax. The beds were excellent and the kitchen was stocked for actual meal preparation and cooking! That really was appreciated, we cook a lot of meals when on vacation. It saves money to put towards other things. The grounds around the house were well maintained; we saw wild turkey and deer right in the yard most nights as we relaxed on the porch while cooking on the handy (and very clean) gas grill. The one thing I will mention is if you're a light sleeper as I am the house is right off the road and you do hear traffic. I purchased a small electric fan and it made enough noise to drown out the traffic sounds. Other than that one thing everything was great. Highlights of our trip were Needles Highway, Reptile Gardens and the 1800 Train. I highly recommend all three!"

"The home was everything advertised as. The view is spectacular the home was amazing. If you’re looking for a great vacation this is the place. Although we had trouble with their internet. They did fix that after 4 days. The communication was always great. I would recommended this cabin for a vacation. Thank you for a great stay."
