Beautiful apartment but noisy renovations

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment itself is great. It is bright, recently renovated and very clean. Access to Shoal Bay is 100m. However, a major renovation in another apartment in the building meant constant hammering and drilling between 8am and 3pm. It would have been nice if we would have been warned of this (I assume a major renovation requires owners to inform STRATA).

Perfect location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the Intrepid Close location which is minutes to the beach, walking distance to both Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay and located next to the most beautiful park, full of birds. The apartment is compact but good for up to four adults. The bathroom is great with a separate toilet. Two verandahs provide a place to BBQ, hanging beach towels and sitting outside without all the mess around. The kitchen is really well equipped.My only criticism is the outdoor chairs are uncomfortable and there isn't enough seating for 4 people to sit inside without sitting on top of each other. Also a few more dining chairs would be good to have some people over. Having said this we are booked to stay again next year.`

Apartment by the beach

Great facilities in an up to date apartment close to the beach. Some smell from the caravan park depending upon wind direction. Can be a little noisy like any apartment depending upon neighbors. Thanks for having us.
